Brief Description:

The California Community College Student Financial Aid Administrators
Association (CCCSFAA) would like to announce scholarship program termed as “CCCSFAA Scholarship”. The students who are enrolled in at least 6 units for spring 2018 and have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher are invited to apply for this scholarship. The mission of the California Community Colleges Board of Governors and the Chancellor’s Office is to empower the community colleges through leadership, advocacy, and support.

Host Institution:

The California Community Colleges System (CCCS) consists of 114 community colleges in 72 community-college districts in the U.S. state of California. Created by legislation in 1967, it is the largest system of higher education in the world, serving more than 2.4 million students with a wide variety of educational and career goals.

Eligibility:

To be eligible, the student must possess

  • Be enrolled in at least 6 units for spring 2018.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Must have applied for State/Federal Aid (FAFSA/Dream Act).
