There is a unique opportunity for students residing in the state of Wyoming and the Upper Peninsula of the State of Michigan to apply for this “The STARR Charitable Foundation Scholarship”. High school seniors who are residents of Wyoming and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan are invited to apply for this scholarship. Michigan’s mission is providing outstanding undergraduate, graduate, and professional education to promising, qualified students in order to prepare them to contribute fully to society as globally engaged citizen leaders.
Michigan State University (MSU) is a public research university in East Lansing, Michigan, United States. MSU was founded in 1855 and served as a model for land-grant universities later created under the Morrill Act of 1862. The university was founded as the Agricultural College of the State of Michigan, one of the country’s first institutions of higher education to teach scientific agriculture.
To be eligible, the student must possess
- High school seniors who are residents of Wyoming and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan are invited to apply for this scholarship for attendance at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
- Students residing in the state of Wyoming and the Upper Peninsula of the State of Michigan.

- This scholarship will pay all regular costs for eight (8) semesters at Michigan State University, the nation’s premier Land Grant University.
