Brief Description:

The Calvin Coolidge Presidential Foundation is inviting the scholarship applications named as “Coolidge Presidential Scholarship”. The scholarship program is only open United States citizens or legal permanent residents currently attending high school abroad. It provides full-ride, presidential scholarship that covers a student’s tuition, room, board, and expenses for four years of undergraduate study.

Host Institution:

The Calvin Coolidge Presidential Foundation is the official foundation dedicated to preserving and promoting the legacy of America’s 30th president. The Foundation was formed in 1960 by a group of Coolidge enthusiasts, including John Coolidge, the president’s son.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  •  All applicants must enroll full-time at an accredited U.S. college or university as an undergraduate for the first time in fall 2019. That is to say, students in their junior year of high school, or the equivalent if homeschooled, are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants must be citizens or legal permanent residents of the United States of America at the time of application.
  • Applicants cannot be the immediate family member of any current employee or trustee of the Coolidge Scholars Program or the Calvin Coolidge Presidential Foundation.

  • Your letter should be as specific as possible, providing relevant examples and other information that will be helpful to demonstrate to the Coolidge Scholars Program why the applicant is a worthy candidate.
  • Your letter should be no longer than 1,200 words in length.
  • Your letter may be submitted as either a PDF file or a Microsoft Word file.
