The ASIST scholarships

The Executive Women International (EWI) is pleased to offer the ASIST scholarship. The program is available to adults facing economic, social, or physical challenges, who are looking to improve their situation through educational opportunities. Chapter-level winners are submitted to the corporate level for the opportunity to be selected for one of 13 scholarships ranging from $2,000 to $10,000. 2018 ASIST scholarship application form will be available January 2018.

Non-Traditional Student Scholarship

The American Legion Auxiliary is delighted to announce the Non-Traditional Student Scholarship. The scholarship helps people who are part of The Legion Family pursue a college degree later in life or allow them to pick up where they left off when their studies were interrupted. Five scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each will be awarded for 2018. The applicant may be pursuing training in a certified, trade, professional, or technical program, or a two-year or four-year degree program.

The Ford ReStart Program

The Ford Family Foundation is now offering the Ford ReStart Program for adults 25 years and older.  The program is available to residents of Oregon and Siskiyou County, California. To eligible, applicants must be residents of Oregon or Siskiyou County, Calif., who are 25 years or older as of the application deadline and have a high school diploma or GED. The scholarship award is not a set amount, but is calculated to cover 90% ($1,000 minimum/$25,000 maximum per academic year) of each student’s college costs that are not covered by other resources (such as grants and scholarships), and his or her Expected Family Contribution (EFC) from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

The UofM Adult Scholarship Program

The University of Memphis is pleased to announce the UofM Adult Scholarship Program. The program is designed to help adult students reach their educational goals. The program will provide $5,500 per year for full-time students and $2,750 per year for part-time students.

The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults’ Scholarships

The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults is committed to helping young adults continue their education after being affected by cancer through their own diagnosis or the diagnosis of a loved one. Many scholarships offered by UCF share similar applicant criteria. Applicants must have been between the ages of 15 and 39 during their own diagnosis/treatment or during the diagnosis/treatment of their parent or sibling. Scholarship winners will be awarded a total of $2500 over two academic semesters.

Young Adult Bike Travel Scholarship
