The United Negro College Fund (UNCF) is pleased to offer scholarship program termed as “Montgomery County Scholarship”. The scholarship is open to college sophomores, juniors, and seniors, who are permanent residents of Montgomery County. UNCF’s mission is to build a robust and nationally-recognized pipeline of under-represented students who, because of UNCF support, become highly-qualified college graduates.
The United Negro College Fund (UNCF) also known as the United Fund, is an American philanthropic organization that funds scholarships for black students and general scholarship funds for 37 private historically black colleges and universities.
To be considered for the scholarship the candidate must:
- Minimum cumulative 2.5-grade point average.
- Applicants must be U.S. Citizen, U.S. national or permanent resident.
- Applicants must be College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior.
- The student must be enrolled in 4-Year Colleges, HBCUs.
